Art Installation Terms & Conditions

Our team is excited to install art at your site! Please provide the information in this form and thoroughly read and agree to the following guidelines / requirements in order to confirm your install date. We will follow up with a calendar appointment confirming the installation dates, times and details for visibility by all project team members and our artists and subconsultants.

  • Once an install date is confirmed, we need a minimum of 3-4 weeks notice to reschedule, dependent on installers’ availability. If an installation is cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 8 business days notice, additional fees will be charged.

  • Please ask a member of the design or construction team to walk through the site and provide photos ahead of our install date to confirm the site is ready and anticipate for any changes from the art plans. If we arrive on site and it is not ready or is not safe for our team to proceed, a 50% cancellation fee will be billed and the installation will be re-scheduled.

  • Art should be installed after the majority of FF&E is already in place, so that the art can be hung at the correct height and location in response to furniture and other items.

  • The space should be substantially finished and cleaned, with temperature and humidity control working before art is installed. The walls that are being installed upon must be primed and painted. We require elevator access, working restrooms and a place to dispose of rubbish / packing materials during the installation. Please advise in advance if any of these facilities are not available.

  • Our typical hanging height guideline is 58-60” AFF to the center of the artwork. This is adjusted based on factors on site at the discretion of the installers. We will use our best judgement to center on the wall or center on the furniture that is directly below the art.

  • Please provide a contact from the development or interior design team for the day of the installation. This contact should be available throughout the installation appointment. PARADE will be the first point of contact for the installers to resolve a question. We will use our discretion to resolve questions according to the art plan, but may need to loop in the designated site / remote contact for approval of any changes.

  • Please also provide a site contact from the construction team to assist with access issues.
